Prices are in pounds sterling and are for rental of all or part of La Loma for one week.

La Casita Almendra and Casita La Loma can be rented together for larger parties. Please email for full details and prices.

Private pool use is available when booking Casita La Loma. Please email for availability,full details and price.

Prices are for the rental of the property (per week) and are not dependent on the number of people staying.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, gas, electricity and thorough cleaning between rentals.

Winter prices include central heating, but logs for the wood burner are extra as everyone's usage is different. Logs can be purchased locally and we can arrange for a supply to be available on arrival.

Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Payment

We'll discuss your preferred payment method with you when you make your booking - but here's some information which you might find useful:

We usually accept payment in either Pounds Sterling or Euros -
other currencies by agreement.

We can accept payment by cheque or direct bank transfer.

For payment by cheque, please make sterling cheques payable to - "G.R & M.K Shepherd"

If your booking is made more than 8 weeks before your holiday, please send us a deposit of 25% of the full price in order to secure your booking.

Full payment is due 8 weeks before the first day of your holiday.

Cancellation

If you cancel a booking, please send written confirmation (which may be by e-mail). The following charges may be incurred - the weeks being calculated from when we receive written cancellation:-

More than 8 weeks from the first day of your holiday results in loss of deposit

4-8 weeks from the first day of your holiday could lead to loss of 50% of your holiday cost

Less than 4 weeks from the first day of your holiday could lead to loss of 100%of your holiday cost.
